Risk disclosure

Risk Disclosure and Use Acknowledgment

OREAL TRADING provides software indicators and analytical visualizations for informational and educational use. The tools, labels, alerts, chart examples and displayed levels do not constitute personalized financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice, and are not instructions or recommendations to buy, sell, enter, exit or hold any position.

An indicator marker or alert does not, by itself, constitute a valid entry confirmation. You must independently evaluate market conditions, data quality, execution and risk before making any decision. OREAL TRADING does not assess whether any trade or product is suitable for you.

Trading involves a risk of financial loss. Leveraged products can amplify losses. No profit, accuracy level, win rate or future outcome is guaranteed. Past, hypothetical, illustrated or backtested results do not predict future performance and may omit practical execution limitations and costs.

Developing candle values, profiles and candidate swings may change. Confirmed pivots may be recognized after a delay and drawn at an earlier chart location. Data availability, third-party platforms, technical faults and execution conditions can affect the display or delivery of alerts. Review the documentation for the exact version you use.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, position sizing, account security and risk controls. Purchasing access provides permission to use the agreed invite-only scripts in your TradingView account; it does not provide ownership of the source code or a managed trading service. Required TradingView plans, market-data subscriptions and broker fees are separate unless explicitly included in your purchase terms.

Nothing in this acknowledgment excludes or limits any consumer right, duty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The purchase, cancellation and privacy policies remain applicable.

By actively checking the acknowledgment box, you confirm that you have read and understood this disclosure and that you are not relying on the indicators as a standalone trade instruction, guaranteed outcome or personalized recommendation.

Purchase & access terms

Draft for merchant and legal review — sales remain closed until the business approves its final terms.

The product is access to the indicator editions expressly included in the selected plan, through a TradingView account supplied by the customer. Prices are shown in USD. The selected duration and access arrangements must be confirmed before payment. No source-code file is delivered as part of access.

Access is granted manually in TradingView after verified payment. The merchant must disclose the exact included scripts, expected activation time, support contact, tax treatment, cancellation terms and any renewal rules before opening checkout. Monthly access renews at $20 every month, six-month access at $120 every six months, and yearly access at $220 every year unless the customer cancels future renewal. Lifetime access is $450 once and never renews. The customer must actively authorize recurring billing before payment. Cancellation stops future renewals after the payment provider confirms it; already-paid access continues through its recorded paid period.

The risk acknowledgment is part of the purchase information. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Cancellation & refund policy

Draft for merchant and legal review.

The merchant must publish the applicable cancellation and refund process, contact details and access-ending rules before taking payment. Statutory rights are not waived by an indicator-risk acknowledgment. A refund request is reviewed separately from the technical cancellation of access.

Recurring plans continue until cancelled. Customers can cancel future PayPal renewals from their personal account; cancellation is confirmed by the payment provider. Cancellation of renewal does not itself create a refund for a paid period. Lifetime access is a single payment and has no recurring billing. The merchant must finalize the legal refund policy before opening checkout.

Privacy notice

Visitor measurement: first-party browser storage holds a random daily token for anonymous daily counts. The server stores a date-specific hash, view count and whether a registration/sign-in occurred that day. Raw IP addresses are not stored for this measurement. Counts exclude recognized registered sessions and identifiable bots and are approximate. This is separate from payment and account records.

Draft for merchant and legal review.

Customers create an Oreal Trading username, email and password. Passwords are stored as salted scrypt hashes, never as readable text. Email verification and password-reset messages are sent through the transactional email provider. Session cookies maintain signed-in access. The site owner uses separately protected ChatGPT sign-in for administration. It stores customer profile details, TradingView username, order records, consent versions, payment references, access status, accounting-document links and support conversations to operate the service.

Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider, not collected in site forms. Accounting and transactional-email providers receive the information needed to issue and send purchased-order documents. Administrative access is restricted to the configured site owner.

The merchant must finalize its identity, contact details, retention schedule, provider disclosures and process for privacy requests before accepting purchases.
